① Pretreatment process is adopted to prolong the service life of activated carbon: before VOC organic waste gas enters the adsorber, pretreatment process is adopted, including filter bag filtration, washing, humidity adjustment and other methods to remove dust, harmful substances with high boiling point or easy polymerization, and prolong the service life of activated carbon. After treatment, VOC enters the activated carbon layer, where the solvent is adsorbed, and the air in VOC organic waste gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe of the adsorber;

(2) Solvent extraction by distillation, extraction or rectification: steam is used as a heat source to desorb the solvent, and the mixed steam of steam and solvent leaves the activated carbon adsorber, and the mixture of solvent and water is obtained after condensation and cooling. If the solvent is insoluble in water, the solvent, such as benzene, toluene, etc., is recovered by chromatographic stratification; If the solvent is soluble in water, the solvent, such as methanol and acetone, is extracted by distillation, extraction or rectification.

③ Full-automatic process, saving time and worry: This device is designed for full-automatic process control, and can be unattended during operation. Manual process can also be used according to user requirements. The valve actuators in VOC organic waste gas pipeline and adsorber are pneumatic to meet the explosion-proof requirements of solvent recovery process;

④ Accurate molecular weight of gas: The molecular weight of organic gas is another important basis for our design. In addition, whether the gas is mixed with acidic and alkaline gases will corrode the main material, so it should also be considered in the design that these two gases should be treated before they enter the activated carbon tower;

⑤ Humanization of design details: designed handling air volume, daily working hours of equipment, and replacement frequency of activated carbon (you should know the customer in detail when designing).
