Working principle of cyclone spray tower

Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas moves laterally centripetally, which makes the dust-containing gas stay longer and the washing effect better, and completely improves the technical defects of the spray tower such as incomplete dust removal and easy blockage of the water spray tower under certain working conditions. The product adopts special force technology to avoid the blockage of water pump and nozzle, which greatly improves the production efficiency. The water in the pool can be recycled, which avoids the trouble caused by secondary pollution and saves water resources. Several "circular cyclone barrels" and efficient demisting plates are installed in the cyclone tower. Hollow packing balls are placed in the demisting layer, and the demisting plate on the top layer is used to purify the water mist, so as to achieve the purpose of dewatering the fog. Dust-containing gas spirals up in the tower and comes into contact with the liquid entering from the top of the tower on each plate to complete the dust removal task. Under the action of centrifugal force, the large particles in the waste gas sink into the water pool, and finally are fished out manually to clean the casing, so that the gas can be purified and discharged up to the standard, and the water in the cyclone tower can continue to be recycled.
